Mackenzie Scallops ($47) can be ordered online and shipped to your doorstep, fresh and ready to cook. These enormous scallops are raised in Japan using traditional farming methods. Individually frozen, just defrost and pan-sear for a quick and wonderfully gourmet meal. The scallops can be kept in the
freezer for up to six months. Approximately 25 tender and sweet scallops are included
with each order.
