Irish Coffee Curd
We've eaten lemon curd and lime curd, but we've never set our eyes on Irish Coffee Curd ($11) and we sort of wonder how we lived all this time. Similar to lemon curd in texture, this tasty spread is made from sugar, free-range eggs, butter, coffee, and a splash of Irish whiskey. We want to smear it on shortbread, between cakes, and all up in our breakfast croissants' business.
