Every time we consider starting a diet, we see the kind of foods we won't be allowed to eat and quit before we even start. As far as we're concerned, donuts are as much a dietary staple as vegetables. We would be willing to make a switch to Holey Donuts ($22), though. While the average doughnut contains 500 calories apiece, Holey Donuts have just 125-250 calories each and a quarter of the fat content, as well. The best news is that Holey Donuts taste like regular donuts, not "lite" donuts, so pass us one with sprinkles, please.
