Entner-Stuart Lime Syrup
We love a good Italian soda, and our favorite flavors are some of the more acidic fruits: peach, raspberry, and lime. And our favorite lime syrup is made by Entner-Stuart. ($19) The brand began in New York almost ninety years ago, but it's Oregon-based now and it was on a trip to Oregon that Outblush and this sharp, sweet, fragrant and delicious syrup met and fell in love. Note that if you want that emerald green color for, say, snow cones, you'll have to put in the food coloring yourself.
