We can't say we've ever been compelled to make our own cheese, but the last time we bought a brick of cheddar from the "fancy cheese" section of the grocery store, it was NINE DOLLARS. Sure, it's not fine-aged cheese from the French countryside, but we're pretty sure it'll be tasty on crackers. Plus, it's got the added bonus of impressing friends, family, and co-workers.
