Every year we have the best-laid schemes to create the greatest Valentine's Day dinner possible. And every year proves to us that Valentine's Day weekend is a magnet for deadlines, drama, and disappointment. This year we're keeping it simple. No five-hours-of-preparation dinner, no grandiose dessert. We're planning on making Dijon-Tarragon Cream Chicken with roasted asparagus and crusty rolls for dinner. And for dessert... get your mind out of the gutter, we're going for Dean Jacob's Molten Lava Cake Mix ($7).
