Chilly evenings call for a big pot of our famous, well, chili! We've got a few secrets when it comes to our recipe, including a few dashes of Clancy's Fancy Hot Sauce ($9) toward the end of an all-day simmer. Made in Ann Arbor, Michigan, you know it's gonna be good. The Midwest is full of folks who know how to make a hearty meal and spice it up with some strong sauce. Though we usually opt for mild in our own chili (gotta please the masses!), feel free to square off against hot. We recommend having a big glass of milk handy!
