Buttercup Pumpkin and Amaretti Cookies Pint
We love all things pumpkin. We love carving them, we love their roasted seeds, and we especially love the tasty desserts that come filing out on the market like a parade. We'll have our share of pumpkin pie in the next few months, but a girl can never get too much creamy, spicy pumpkin ice cream. Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams came out with this Buttercup Pumpkin and Amaretti Cookies Pint ($12) that had us screaming for more, more, more. Yeah, our husband was jealous.
P.s.- On a side note, wouldn't this be awesome served in little scooped out baby pumpkins for your Halloween party? Just a thought...
