We were dismayed to learn that we'd missed Grilled Cheese Day. Like really, really bummed. Luckily, to our delight, Gourmet.com declared it to be Grilled Cheese Month! And who are we to disagree? Make sure you treat yourself to some delicious grilled cheese sandwiches by splurging on the cheese and using sourdough bread.
