We've been fans of Ancient Harvest for a long time and we want to share our appreciation for this gluten-free pasta ($2) with our readers. We'd been told to eat 100% whole wheat everything - bread, pasta, flour - but no one told us it would give us a stomachache. Just as we were preparing to bid pasta goodbye, we stumbled upon quinoa pasta and we can't get enough of this stuff! We actually prefer this to whole wheat pasta; it's softer, tastier, and when we steam some broccoli, add mushrooms to our marinara sauce, and toss a salad, we've got a complete, delicious, nutritious meal. Gluten-free doesn't have to be scary, tasteless, or expensive. With Ancient Harvest, it's tasty, affordable, and accessible - and we're mighty thankful.
