Flashing back to World Lit 101 never tasted so good. The dark, caramel sweetness of Allagash Odyssey ($17), a special edition offering from the Portland (Portland MAINE) brewmasters, bewitches us like Calypso, tingling our senses with its dry vanilla nuances. It is also entirely possible that its 10.4% ABV will make us forget the way home. Here's hoping our roomies wait up like Penelope in case we lost our keys while battling the Cyclops. Or was that really just the bottom of a pint glass?
