It's one thing to expect us to follow recipe instructions, but now they expect us to be experts at eyeballing thickness, too? Screw dealing with instructions to roll dough just so. The Adjustable Rolling Pin ($20) makes rolling out even scones, cookies, and fondant a piece of pastry. Besides, we're only making cookies so we can eat the dough in peace before our husband/boyfriend/roomates come home, anyhow.
