Absinthe Cocktails, Glass & Spoon
Got a vintage spirits enthusiast on your to-gift list? They'll be invoking the Green Fairy when you give them the Absinthe Cocktails Book, Glass or Spoon ($12-20) - and since they're all so reasonably priced, why not get all three and put them in a green gift bag? To enjoy this emerald libation properly, place a sugar cube on the carved spoon and pour the absinthe (Lucid Absinthe, $55, is particularly good) over the sugar, into the fluted goblet made from an original 19th century mold. You can also buy special Absinthe-stamped sugar cubes ($8 for 80), but we daresay normal ones would work just as well - after all, it's sugar, for heaven's sake.
