This Food, That Wine
We're not saying that any of us here at Outblush could use a primer on wine/food pairing, but, thank goodness for this book. This Food, That Wine ($25) is conversational and light-hearted, while seriously offering us the inside info on which wines to serve with which foods. Special occasions are covered, but they also talk about our everyday meals, when we're less likely to pay attention to what we're serving ourselves. We don't know about you, but after a tough day it'll be nice to come home to a good meal paired with a proper glass of wine. Now, if we could only find someone to prepare that meal for us...
