Not too long ago, it would've been considered a last resort, a bit sketch, and certainly nowhere near gourmet to get food out of a truck. Now we're not only heading to four-wheeled kitchens instead of brick-and-mortar restaurants, we're tracking our favorite food trucks on our phones and waiting forty minutes in line for the grub. The Truck Food Cookbook: 150 Recipes and Ramblings from America's Best Restaurants on Wheels ($11) gives us a chance to try our hand at some culinary favorites from food trucks across the nation -- which is great, since we can't make it to Austin on our lunch breaks.
