Jane and Myles Lamberth get to spend their days surfing and making tasty grub on Ireland's wild and beautiful west coast. They're living the sweet life, and they know it, which is probably why the Surf Café Cookbook ($15) gives as much space to alluring details about everything from navigating the waves to traditional crafts as it does to healthy, delicious, down-to-earth recipes. We're pretty sure they're taunting us, but since the book is as close as we can currently get to the real thing, we'll take it.
