Sure, some people use coffee table books to demonstrate what good taste they have. Time for the other side of the coin. Preeminent, nay, revered, American artist Don Featherstone designed the original pink plastic lawn flamingos, and solicited photographs of the kitsch kreatures (see what we did there?) in their semi-natural environments, taken by happy owners, to create this book. If Madison, Wisconsin named the plastic flamingo their official city bird, the least you could do is buy a copy of Splendor on the Grass ($13).
(And yes, if the title sounded familiar, it's a reference to Wordsworth. We're conflicted.)
