We're not going to come right out and admit that the title of this book accurately describes us, but we will say that we don't mind seeming smart without having to do much work. The Lazy Intellectual: Maximum Knowledge, Minimal Effort ($10) by Richard Wallace and James Wallace is like a handy cheat sheet for the times when you want a few golden nugget facts that make you sound incredibly well-informed. Of course nothing can replace research and study, but sometimes you just want to stick it to that co-work who likes to "well, actually" you every day.
