The Happiness Project by Gretchen Rubin is a favorite book of ours. It's an easy read and is full of useful advice on ways to uncover more happiness in your daily life without being trite or cheesy. Not surprisingly, one way to be happy is to think about the things in your life that make you feel uplifted. The Happiness Project One Sentence Journal ($12) urges you to write one sentence of reflection every day for five years.
