Just out today, The Great American Cookbook ($32) is a new and improved collection of over 500 recipes collected and perfected by Clementine Paddleford. This new version updates recipes for the modern cook from the 1960's publication. We're hoping they didn't substitute fresh ingredients for quick fix processed crap, but if Mrs. Paddleford has left her lasting impression, this cookbook will be full of homemade, delicious, and regional favorites. We're excited to get cooking!
