Santa left this under the tree for me one Christmas (at my request) and it's fabulous. I use it ten times more than all my other cookbooks, and the tips and suggestions they have peppered in between recipes are fantastic!

My only complaint is that many of their recipes take FOREVER. They always come out amazing, sure, but I don't necessarily have 8 hours to devote to dinner every day! I use this more as a tips/tricks book and for special occasion meals.

This is my favorite cookbook I own (out of 3 shelves full). It has great options and though (like previously stated) some of the recipes are quite lengthy... they are WELL worth it! I am always a huge success when I cook from this book. I recommend it GREATLY! <3
