Okay, so Hungry Girl 1-2-3: The Easiest, Most Delicious, Guilt-Free Recipes on the Planet ($11) book came out, like, three days ago, and already it's #5 on the Amazon bestseller list and has 80+ reviews. Why? Cannoli-Stuffed French Toast Nuggets. Queen-of-the-Castle Sliders. Chunky Veggie Pumpkin Chili. And those are just a few of the simple, decadent-yet-not-diet-destroying recipes that this book is packed with. As per usual, most of the recipes have under 200 calories, although you do need to pay attention to how many servings each recipe makes, so you don't eat several at a time by accident. All in all? A recipe book we'll actually use, and one that won't necessitate the use of elastic waistbands!
