We’re not perfect. We don’t get up at 4:15am to make sure each blade of grass in our yards is perfectly level and aligned just-so. We’re SO not Martha Stewart – well, not the old one. The new, post-prison Martha is more relaxed and down-to-earth, and so is her cooking magazine, Everyday Food. The recipes are easy to follow, healthy (they include nutritional information, too), and contain ingredients found at any grocery store - no traipsing to sixteen specialty stores in order to make one side dish. A recent favorite of ours was her recipe for microwave hot fudge sauce, which we’ve been gleefully pouring on everything from berries to yogurt, and, um, directly into our mouths.
