Julia Wertz of Fart Party fame depicts the often hilarious, sometimes lonely and pathetic, always self-deprecating events of her move from San Fransisco to New York City in her new collection of comics, Drinking at the Movies ($10). Even if you're not a comic-reading kind of gal, we're pretty sure you'll find yourself falling in love with Julia's mini-me, who is easy to identify with. She gives voice to the struggles, the bad decisions, the hard work, and the drinking we all end up muddling through during our 20s. And let's face it, who hasn't donned a large purse in order to sneak booze into the theater?
