We love to seize the opportunity to celebrate each and every day - after all, the daily grind can be, well, a grind. We're learning that there are many holidays out there that may not have reached "Hallmark" calendar status, but they still count and deserve to be recognized. Preferably with wine. With that being said, we bring to you this very special day (cue "The More You Know" theme song).
Summer is all about grilling burgers and dogs so we certainly don't need an excuse to bite into one of America's favorite grilled foods - the hot dog. In honor of National Hot Dog Day, we're celebrating with new ideas and recipes for this favorite food. We invite you to celebrate with us and pick up the Great American Hot Dog Book ($12 on sale). This book is packed with delicious hot dog recipes as well as amazing fries, sauces and sides recipes. Think of this as your chance to spice up your plain ol' ketchup and relish dog and buttered corn on the cob. We've recently tried corn on the cob seasoned with a swab of butter, touch of mayo and dash of taco seasoning.....totally S-I-N-F-U-L!
