Straight from Erin McKenna, the owner of said bakery, this book offers amazing recipes for everything you thought you'd given up forever, like red velvet cupcakes, blondies and chocolate chip cookies. We're so jazzed about this cookbook, in fact, it almost makes up for having celiac...almost.
