In A Photographer's Life: 1990-2005 ($32), some of Annie Leibovitz's most famous photographs appear alongside snapshots of lesser known, more personal subjects. The 472-page book is spilling over with pictures of celebrities and prominent public figures, from Patti Smith to Nelson Mandela. But it's also surprisingly intimate, capturing portraits and stills of everyday people involved in the events of everyday life.
