We recently saw a secret on PostSecret.com that read, "I feel like less of a dad because I can't build things for my son." Awww! First of all, all Dads have lots of to offer if they want to offer it. They don't have to be able to build stuff. Dads can teach their kid a sport, to play chess, to love books, to cook, to sing, to dance, or to hotwire a car. OK, maybe not that last one, but you get it. Anyway, if building stuff with your kids is something your babydaddy would like to try, that's also super cool! Learning new stuff with your kids is always fun. Get him started with Handy Dad - 25 Awesome Projects by Todd Davis ($25). This would be a great gift for the husband, but get it for yourself if you're a handy gal or would like to be!
