As much as we've made fun of the overhyped iPad, we still want one. Bad. But the budget, she is not extending towards $500. So we'll be faking out the hipsters at our local coffee shop by whipping out a PixelPad ($24-99 for sets & kits). These sketchpads feature 10 pixel graphing grids on the front and a 4-planel storyboard format on the back, perfect for you comic book designers out there. Best part? You don't have to remember a charge cord (or mortgage your soul to buy one).
