Large Circle Scallop Hole Punch
We pretty much use our Large Circle Scallop Hole Punch ($11) every time we want to add a little tag to homemade gifts, bags of handmade caramels, and cellophane-wrapped plates of cookies. We've used it for quirky paper garlands, crafting cards, and funky gift wrapping. If it were sharp enough we'd use it to add a lacy edge to table runners and skirts.
