Marcel Wanders Sparkling Chair
As far as designer chairs go, the Marcel Wanders Sparkling Chair ($266) isn't super steep. One reason is the material (it's plastic, not glass). The same molding process that makes water bottles made these chairs, hence those telltale ribs on the legs. Now, most water bottles aren't eco-friendly, but this lightweight PET chair is 100% recyclable. Nice!
