Autumnal Way Hippo Planter
We asked our husband for a pet for our birthday. We were really angling for a French Bulldog, but when we were handed a big box with a bow, it was suspiciously un-barky. Imagine our surprise to find this Hippo Planter ($18) inside! He argues that it's an animal, and the plant makes it alive, and we'll go with it since it's so damn cute. Plus, we named him Horatio.
