Williams Sonoma Jalapeno Pepper Roaster
Here's the thing: we have kind of a beef with kitchen gadgets that really only have one use. (Case in point.) However, the onslaught of saliva when we saw this Jalapeno Pepper Roaster ($20) was enough to convince us that we might just need to buy one of these babies. You just can't argue with a visceral reaction like that. Mmmmm...spicy cheesy goodness.
