Pinterest is a notorious hot spot for delish-looking recipes you can never make. Or... can you? All those off-limits ice cream flavors are no longer just a dream because you lack a (large, expensive, and cumbersome) ice cream maker. The Zoku Ice Cream Maker ($26) is a small bowl with a stainless steel interior. You can mix up your ice cream flavor base the night before, freeze it, and then add about five ounces to each bowl. After a few minutes of stirring, the liquid starts to freeze into a creamy semi-solid. Add in your extras, freeze for a few more minutes and then devour a bowl of salted caramel ice cream with cocoa nibs and roasted almonds*! Yum!
*Or, you know, whatever floats your boat flavor-wise!
