Doughnuts are bad for us. We know this. They're packed full of sugar and refined carbohydrates, which are then deep-fried and, usually, coated in more sugar. But they're sooooo good. With this Wilton 12 Cavity Mini Doughtnut Pan ($11), we can at least take out the deep-frying part, instead baking our doughnuts in the nice, fat-free oven. And since the molds make for small O's, we'll be indulging in slightly more judicious portions. (Unless we eat the whole dozen.)
