We've been wanting to try our hand at homemade pasta for a while, but it's always seemed like a bit of a daunting task. Maybe we'll start simple and use these Williams-Sonoma Ravioli Stamps ($14, set of 2) to work on some cheese-stuffed pasta. It'll be just like cookie baking: make the dough, chill, roll it out, fill with the yummy stuff, and cut out--ready for boiling. Mmm, we just thought of the perfect fall meal: butternut squash ravioli with browned butter and sage...and, we're now starving!
