We're cooking more this year, for our health and our wallet, and having this Prepara Chef's Center Cookbook Stand ($30) has been a real lifesaver. It holds our recipes in place and protects them from our grubby hard-workin' hands. It turns on a lazy susan for ease and is adjustable for different book sizes. Sure, there are prettier options out there, but this one won our hearts with the easy access conversion chart - because seriously, we prefer not to memorize how many tablespoons are in a cup.
