Watch your hands while you're slicing on the mandoline or you'll have finger chips mixed in with your tasty low calorie potato chips. We need to pick up the Mastrad Chip Tray With Mandoline ($20) to healthily satisfy our obsession with BBQ Ruffles. We're thinking we'll use it to slice up sweet potatoes, turnips, Diakon (why not, right?), and a multitude of potatoes. We're tempted to see if we could turn kabocha (a Japanese winter squash) into something tasty. Now we just need to get creative with the dipping sauces.
