Kuhn Rikon Original Small Colori Santoku Knife
Our awesome knife set didn't come with a santoku knife, so we've been wanting to try one out for a while now. They can be pretty pricey and despite all our jesting, we're not really keen on spending a ton of money on gadgets we won't use. We'll start our santoku trial off with the Kuhn Rikon Original Small Colori Santoku Knife ($16). The price is right, the colors are fun, and if we find it sits on our knife block or in our drawers unused, we'll know not to move on to the more expensive varieties. We're so smart, aren't we?
