We love to cook, and really enjoy eating whatever we whip up. But we're about as graceful with a knife as this guy is with a diving board. So we rely on whozits and whatzits like this Joseph Joseph Garlic Rocker ($15) to save our fingers and our blood supply. It minces garlic without the risk of blood transfusion and massive embarrassment. Plus it prevents our fingers from becoming a sticky mess, thus preventing post-dinner odors from lingering. So much culinary win.
