FoldTuk Collapsible Bakeware
We received a sample of FoldTuk Collapsible Bakeware and Storageware ($16-80) in the mail, and were instantly intrigued. Their claim to fame is cookware and bakeware that's made from a special petroleum-free Ceramber material: it's collapsible, dishwasher safe, naturally non-stick, and can be used to cook food in the oven or microwave, then used as food storage. You'll have less dishes to wash, and the collapsible design saves space in your cupboard. We baked a batch of our signature triple chocolate brownies with cappuccino chips (Oh, yes, we know. They rock.) in our six-cup capacity rectangular FoldTuk, and were impressed with the evenly baked results that lifted easily from the pan as if we'd greased it with a stick of butter.
