The wavy edge makes it easy to produce a homey-looking fluted crust - hint: press dough into the depressions gently with your fingers, then prick some holes in the center of the crust in a decorative pattern to let steam escape. And we won't tell if you rely on prepackaged pie crust... (If it comes out a little uneven looking, it'll seem homemade!)
