Copper Turtle Grater
Normally, we wouldn't think of turtles as the sharpest of creatures; that is, until we met this little guy - the Copper Turtle Grater ($35). The blades on his back have been hand-carved to superior sharpness. The blades keep fiber and juice together so it's perfect for wasabi and ginger. Maybe keep him away from the turtle soup though.
