After months of trying to figure out why coffee shop lattes taste so much better than our home-made variety we've finally figured it out. It's the froth! "Duh," you might say, but it took some of us a bit of time to riddle this one out on our own. Here's what we like about the Bodum Latte Battery Operated Milk Frother ($30): The foaming spiral not only rotates in both directions, but it also moves up and down, pumping more air into the milk and creating even more foam for our lattes.
