After months of trying to figure out why coffee shop lattes taste so much better than our home-made variety we've finally figured it out. It's the froth! "Duh," you might say, but it took some of us a bit of time to riddle this one out on our own. Here's what we like about the Bodum Latte Battery Operated Milk Frother ($30): The foaming spiral not only rotates in both directions, but it also moves up and down, pumping more air into the milk and creating even more foam for our lattes. Ah, perfection...
