You’ve heard of the Beer Can Chicken phenomenon, right? Where you
drink pour out half a beer and then stick the can up a chicken’s tuchus and grill it upright? The leftover beer evaporates during cooking and bastes the chicken from the inside out, resulting in moist, succulent meat and crispy skin (best part!). The amazing new BeeRoaster takes this concept one step further and enables you to roast veggies & potatoes in a special pan underneath the Beer Can Chicken, to catch all the yummy drippings. Result? A meal so flavorful and easy, prepared in such a small space (perfect for tiny grills on tiny patios, or even in your oven)… Where have you been all our lives?
PS: This is our go-to spice rub recipe for everything from chicken to tofu.. try it! 1 teaspoon each of: paprika, kosher salt, chopped fresh rosemary, dried thyme, garlic powder, onion powder. Then add 1/2 teaspoon each of freshly ground black pepper and lemon zest. It's delish.
