What the what? Liquid Mechanical Pencil ($7)?! Our minds are blown... but now that we have one, it's the only thing we reach for. It writes like a pen, with no breakable lead or smudgy gray marks on your hand, but it erases like a pencil, and not with gummy weirdness or smeary ink marks like those "erasable pens". After about 24 hours, the pencil becomes indelible, and no one will be the wiser to any mistakes you made.

Ok, I was so excited about these until my husband brought them home. Disappointing! They skip like cruddy ballpoint pens and only come in medium point. I'll wait until they improve. In the meantime, I'll stay in love with my extrafine point retractable Sharpies!

I'm with Tammy on this. After I saw these on Uncrate, I high-tailed it to Office Max to get me some. They *do* write like a crappy ballpoint. YUK! And the "erasing" leaves a lot to be desired. (While the "erasable pens" from days of yore did smudge funny, they also didn't erase completely. Which is just like these.) FAIL.
