The white porcelain plate slopes gently toward the center, allowing wayward soy sauce and wasabi to stay "focused." The Sushi Plate's generous surface provides room for plenty of sushi and sashimi, while the two pairs of wooden chopsticks encourage sharing. (Of course, if sharing's not your bag, you can always stow one set in the plate's storage center.)
