It's Not Paper! Plates
While picnic season may still be a few months out, we're already planning on using the oh-so-clever It's Not Paper! Plates ($17 for 4) for eating potato salad off of while we loll in the grass. The plates are melamine, and while they're not disposable, they are dishwasher safe, so cleanup's almost as easy as the paper alternative.
