We thought our baths couldn't get any more relaxing than they already are. (We take bathtime seriously - we're talking candles, wine, book, inflatable tub pillow...) Enter the Homestar Spa Bath Planetarium ($124) by Sega Toys. It floats in our tub and casts three different serene projections (planetarium, rose, and deep sea) about the room. The planetarium setting is our favorite. It's like we're bathing in a galaxy far, far away.

This looks amazing. Except my bathroom is only big enough for the tub and toilet, so there is minimal wallspace to project on. The dark required to use this might be kinda creepy.
