Sleep studies show that the teeniest bit of light can cause our brains to think it's time to awaken. So, here's what we've done: we've purchased cool looking Night Lights ($45) for the bathroom so if we squint just so as we're walking in there we can fool our brains into thinking we're still asleep. Yep, it was that intellect that got us through college.
